There is only That

Why do I meditate? As part of the morning routine and connection of/to? Sometimes the revelation of truth - I am not defined by thoughts and feelings. In fact there is no ‘I' there to be revealed to.

What value is this ? Enormous. A space/a hole in the chaos of the spaghetti of the mind. It is not my space. It is annihilation.


ANNIHILATION Is this of value to anyone else - ah, is there anyone else?

- only looking and experiencing. A world of objects, thoughts and feelings. There can’t be anyone else's thoughts and feeling either - it is all ‘coming from’ the space here. Extraordinary ! There is only That.
